Memorial Day Weekend through September:

Details

Maximum total guests permitted for Barn Event Space Function is 70 people.

Parking on property will fit comfortably 20 cars, but absolute max of 30 vehicles which would require valet to move vehicles.

​Included in the Rent is the full use of the Barn which does have a large built-in "live-edge" bar, 2 roller beverage holders (or can be used for recycles receptacles), small freezer chest, 3 wine barrel hightop cocktail tables, 3 lowtop cocktail tables with 10 chairs, 2 antique buffet servers, 1 cherry folding dinette table, 2 blue victorian chairs, 2 area rugs, skylights and chandeliers with cement floor .

Renter will be responsible for renting chairs, tables, tent, caterer, etc. which must all be removed from premises prior to check-out of Park Place.

If alcohol will be served, proof of obtaining a temporary liquor license will be required for the duration of the event or have the caterer provide it.

Renter MUST rent 3rd party portable toilet facilities as function guests are not permitted to use bathrooms inside the house due to the limited septic system. This must be removed from premises prior to check-out of Park Place.

An Event License Agreement must be signed at least one month prior to check-in that once the Add-On Rental License Fee has been paid.

A $500 Event Space Deposit is required to be paid , but is fully refundable after check-out as long as the Barn Event Space is left clean and damage free.

Renter must clean up after use of the Barn Event Space. The Cleaning Fee for Park Place does not include cleaning of the Barn. This includes removal of all additional refuse from the event. Failure to clean will result in cleaning fees deducted from Security Deposit for Barn Rental.

Renter Must provide proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($,1000,000) per occurrence for the duration of the event (including for set-up and clean-up).
* The Barn Event Space is only rentable as an add-on option to the rental of Park Place after the reservation is booked.
